New SSS Contribution Table, ESI and Payment Schedule Online

Social Security System is a Philippine government agency that provides retirement and health benefits to all SSS Members such as employees, self-employed, voluntary and OFW.

SSS Member may apply for 'salary' or 'calamity' loans. salary loans is depended on the monthly salary of the employee and calamity loans are loans that can be used for calamity problem which has been declared by the government in the area where such SSS member lives, these calamity are as follow Super Typhoon, Floods, Earthquake and natural disasters.

There are many ways on how to contribute as SSS member



1. Employee - if you are a regular employee, your employer has the obligation to pay your monthly contribution which will deduct to your salary. A 50/50 share between the employee and the employer that will be deposit on your monthly contribution.

2. Voluntary member, self-employed and OFW – These are SSS member who voluntary give contribution from minimum contribution up to their desired contribution.

Note: the higher the contribution, the higher you will get paid in the future.


How to pay SSS contribution for Voluntary/Self Employed member and OFW



1. Go to the nearest SSS branch where you lived.

2. Go to information desk or ask the guard and ask for RS-5 form or contributions payment form.

3. Fill up the necessary details in the form.

4. Submit to cashier for checking and payment. (P600.00 is the minimum payment for self-employed, voluntary member and OFW)

5. Or for those member that has SSS account online they may pay their contribution online using Payment Reference Number or PRN.


How to Pay through Bayad Center


To avoid the hassle of going to SSS Branch, members with SSS online account can pay online or pay their contribution through Bayad Center. Just print a copy of your PRN Statement Account and present it the teller of any Bayad Center branch.

After the payment, your contribution will appear in your ESI in real time, so it’s very convenient and easy to use.

How to Open Your ESI or Employee Static Information


1. Go to the website www.sss.gov.ph

2. Register first if you don’t have account? Or just Log-in if you have already an account.

3. Once Log-in, click Inquiry under E-services tab.

Easy Way to Unclog a Drainage with Hot Water, Baking Soda and Vinegar

Just recently my drainage is clogged with several Earth dirt, bird poops coming from my pet love birds, actually I have several bird pet’s that almost covered the ground with their poop along with their food bird seeds and lastly a falling leaf from a neighbor’s tree. 


At first without consulting Google, I tried several ways to unclog my drainage, I use a stick to remove the clog, I even used a muriatic acid and even toilet bowl cleanser but in the end all of that has no effect.

Until I searched Google and find this very useful tutorial that really help me fixed my drainage that I will share on this article.

Here are the Five simple steps on how to unclog your Drainage, Kitchen Sink and even Toilet Bowl:


1. Boil a half liter of water in a Kettle – after boiling the water pour it out to the clogged drainage.

2. Prepare a half cup of baking soda and pour it out to the clogged drainage leave it for 5 minutes.

3. Prepare a half cup of vinegar and pour it out to the clogged drainage leave it for 15 minutes or so. In this step, a chemical reaction starting to come in and out of the drainage, a white bubble appears to cause a chemical reaction between the baking soda and vinegar.

4. Repeat Step 1.

5. Finally, get a bucket of water and pour it out to the drainage, this should flush all the remaining clog in the drainage and if all steps are done correctly your drainage is now working perfectly well.

These are just my own experience on how to remove clogged on my drainage, this steps is also applicable in removing clog on your kitchen sink and toilet bowl. I hope this tutorial finds a way to help you…

How to File Complain at NLRC against Employer’s

Philippines – The National Labor Relation Commission or NLRC is a government agencies and a subsequent part of the Department of Labor and Employment that helps to resolve, investigate and settle disputes between employees and employers. The commission was formed on June 6, 1899, implementing a contract labor law in the country.


One of many basic rules of procedure under this organized commission is that when an employee is having an issue with his or her employer or company in which the employer or company is not giving the right compensation and benefits to their employee?

The employee or employees can escalate their problems at NLRC to properly assist their issue against their employer or company and as much as possible the agency will resolve and settle the disputes between employees and employers or company.

Here are some of the list about Labor Issues that an Employee must know:

· Employment contract - violated agreement between an employer and employee that sets out terms and conditions of employment.

· Employment discrimination - discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, and age by employers.

· Pension and benefits – violated benefits that should an employee must properly receive.

· Sexual harassment – harassment in a workplace involving the making of unwanted sexual advances or obscene remarks.

· Wages and overtime pay – violated wages and overtime pay.

· Workplace disputes - Conflicts at work take many forms. It might be an individual with a grievance, a problem between an employee and a manager or conflict between two co-workers.

· Wrongful termination - is a legal phrase, describing a situation in which an employee's contract of employment has been terminated by the employer if the termination breaches one or more terms of the contract of employment.

So, if you are an employee of this country whether you are a regular employee or contractual employee you must see to it that you know your rights about Employment Law Issue? so that abusive employer or company must abide the rules and regulation about labor code or be punish by the law.
