Pag-IBIG Fund is currently giving invitations for current occupants of Pag-IBIG Acquired Assets Management/Loans and Recovery housing Business Center for immediate sale and disposal, the current occupants whether is the first owner of the house where they unable to pay their monthly payments due to some personal reasons or the occupants called squatter that currently occupying the foreclosed property is a giving the privilege to apply for Invitations to Purchase.
Pag-IBIG Fund invites the present occupant through a letter called Invitation to Purchase in which the occupant must comply within fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of the notice, occupants that unable to comply must vacate the unit within thirty (30) calendar days and Pag-IBIG will offer the same value to the interested buyer through a bidding.
1. Bring the copy of the Invitation to Purchase (ITP)
2. 2 valid ID's of present occupant with address indicating the same address to the Invitation to Purchase.
3. Latest proof of Billing from 6 months to 1 year (Meralco Bill, Water Bill,Internet, Cable, LBC, Shopee, Lazada and others)
4. Notarized Waiver of disinterested relatives with legal ages living in the same house with valid ID's and 3 specimen signatures.
5. Joint Affidavit of two disinterested person or neighbor attesting that the buyers is the occupant of the subject unit, property or house with valid ID's and 3 specimen signatures.
6. Proof of Income, as a Tricycle Driver Pag-IBIG requires me to bring the following (Certificate of Engagement, Certification from TODA, Picture of the Tricycle, OR/CR, Tricycle Franchise and Detailed sketch and landmarks of TODA Terminal.
Upon completion, bring the following requirements to the designated Pag-IBIG Branch indicated in the letter of Invitation to Purchase before or on the fifteen (15) calendar days given.
For Buyer or occupants who are willing to purchase must have Pag-IBIG contributions of not less than 24 months or else like me, who have no contributions must pay 24 months advance amounting to Php 9,600 to qualified for the housing loan.
