Aside from LTO Tracker and appointment, the LTO also made some initiatives like distribution caravans at malls and barangay-level distribution to make the process more accessible to the public.
Unfortunately, despite successfully having the license plate number, most of them need to update their plate number at the nearest LTO Branch.
Plate Number that is not updated at the LTO cannot be processed by the Emission testing, which the vehicle owner doesn't know about that kind of issue.
Owner of the plate number must visit the nearest LTO Branch, to apply for the procedure of plate insertion which can take for several minutes depending on the volume of people who are taking the same procedure.
After insertion of the plate number, the owner of the plate can now take the emission test as the first procedure for renewal of the plate number and so on.
