1. Go to LTO NCR website https://www.ltoncr.com/
2.Go to Plate Number Inquiry, On the drop down menu, click Brand New Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle.
3. Type your LTO Plate Number inside the box, your LTO Plate Number can be seen on your Original Registration (OR).
4. After the input of License Plate the information or detail are shown below such as Plate Number, MV Classification, LTO NRU Office, Name of Dealer and Date of Released to the Dealer.
After seeing all the details of your vehicle shown by the website, you have already known the availability of your physical license plate, quickly contact your dealer and inform them that your plate number has been already released by the LTO to the dealer.
As soon as I inform the dealer of my motorcycle they confirmed the availability of my LTO License Plate and ready for pick up anytime and that's it!.
