The Lakers able to secure their first win against the defending NBA Champion after losing their first 3 games against the Sacramento Kings 75 - 105, Utah Jazz 119 - 115 and to the Minnesota Timberwolves 114 - 99 respectively.
LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Patrick Beverly are among the Lakers players that didn't suit up for that game against the Warriors, fortunately Anthony Davis was available to play and had a monster game with 28 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists that brought the Lakers first win.
