In case you haven't known yet? Pag-IBIG Member's who has contributed for more than 15 to 20 years can claim their Pag-IBIG contribution maturity claim or Pag-IBIG Lump Sum as long as they are qualified.
If a member has continued contribution for 20 years he or she will surely be qualified for the said claims or if a member reached a total of 240 months of contribution regardless that she or he had gaps or intervals of contribution he or she would also be qualified.
According to some member who had already claimed their Pag-IBIG Lump Sum, members with 20 years of continued contribution with no Pag-IBIG loans such as Pag-IBIG Short Term Loan can easily claim an amount of PHP 90,000.00.
While members with current loan will deduct the amount of their loan to their Pag-IBIG Lump Sum. Example, if you had a current STL loan or Short Term Loan amounting to PHP 10,000.00 and your Lump Sum is PHP 90,000.00 you will get PHP 80,000.00 only. Deducting your current STL Loan.
Take Note: All the requirements can be downloaded online, but the member who completed all the needed requirements must visit the nearest Pag-IBIG branch in their area to personally submit all the requirements to a designated Pag-IBIG Security Guard.
The Guard will evaluate or check the claim application form and if all documents are correct the guard will place your claim application into a drop box and wait for an estimated 21 days before someone at the Pag-IBIG will contact you.

6. Loyalty Cash Card or 2 valid photocopy of ID's if cash card is not yet available.
7.Selfie Photo showing your Loyalty Cash Card and again if no Cash Card available a Selfie photo of you with valid ID's.
8. If all the requirements are completed submit it to the nearest Pag-IBIG Branch in your area.
