James 36 Points End the Lakers 5 – Game Losing Streak

NBA – The Los Angeles Lakers visit the host team the Chicago Bulls in their 2nd and final match of the 2018 – 2019 NBA Regular Season at United Center in Chicago, Illinois. 

Prior to the game both teams are suffering from losing skid where the Bulls had a 2 game losing skid and the Lakers has 5 losing skid. 


The Lakers won their first meeting at Staple Center without LeBron James and will try to sweep the season match with LeBron James in the Lakers lineup.

The Bulls are currently 13th place in the East Standings with 19 wins and 49 losses and expected to be eliminated in the playoff rounds while the Lakers is on 11th place in the Western Standings with 30 wins and 36 losses, the Lakers are not yet officially out for the post season but it will be a miracle if they advance to playoff rounds?

In the game, The Chicago Bulls start the game strong dominating the early quarter with the first double digit lead 25 – 15 under 3:19 to go in the 1st quarter. Bulls further their lead up to 18 points to end the 1st quarter 34 – 16.

In the 2nd quarter the Lakers are down by 20 points and it looks like another humiliating loss is about to happen again in another not so good team? Fortunately the Lakers find their way back in the game lead by LeBron James outscoring the Bulls 39 – 26 to end the 1st half just down by 5 points 60 – 55.

In the 3rd quarter, The Lakers had a monster quarter, outscoring the Bulls 43 – 24, to end the quarter enjoying a comfortable lead of 14 point 98 – 84.

In the 4th and final quarter, the Lakers outscored the Bull 26 – 24, to end the game with a win 123 – 107 ending their 5 – game losing skid and back to the winning column.

LeBron James leads all scorers with 36 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assist, KCP drops 24 points and Kyle Kuzma with 21 points. Robin Lopez leads the Bulls in scoring with 20 points in a losing effort.
