The Land Transportation Office or LTO released their latest guideline for fines and penalties for all vehicle user's including motorcycle, tricycle, jeep, cars, van, trucks, bus and others.
According to the latest fines and penalties all violators must be fined accordingly on the types of violations they committed over highways and public roads.

Violators or motorists are also given 15 working days to settle their traffic violation fines. Failure to comply will lead to driver’s license suspension.

Using Mobile Phone while Driving 5,000
Anti Drunk and Drugged Driving Act 20,000 – 80,000
Exceeding Speed Limit 2,000 – 5,000
Disregarding Traffic Signs and Lights 1,000
Making an Illegal U-Turn 1,000
Improper Lane Change 1,000
Riding without Helmet (Motorcycle) 1,500
Failure to Present Driver’s License or OR/CR 1,000
Obstruction or Illegal Parking 1,000
