LeBron James' NBA All- Star record of 21 consecutive starters finally ends

NBA - The upcoming 2026 NBA All-Star game will never be the same after one NBA Superstar has finally ended his reign of NBA record of 21 consecutive NBA All-Star appearances as Starter from 2005 - 2025.

Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has ended his reign in NBA All-Star after failing to reach the Top 5 voting of the final results of the 2026 NBA All-Star Votes. James has only managed to get in this year All-Star voting to 8th place, behind Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7th place and Santi Aldama of Portland Trail Blazer at 6th place.

The Western Conference NBA All- Star starter are Luka Dončić of the Los Angeles Lakers, Nikola Jokić of the Denver Nuggets, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs.

The Eastern Conference NBA All-Star starter are Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks, Cade Cunningham of the Detroit Pistons, Tyrese Maxey of the Philadelphia 76ers and Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics.

LeBron James teammates and co-superstar in LA Luka Dončić get the most votes by a fan, current NBA players and media votes in this year NBA All-Star.

Meanwhile, LeBron James might still extend his record for the most NBA All-Star appearances to 22 consecutive as a reserved? He finished 8th in this year's vote and still had a very good chance of making it to the All-Stars, especially since the All-Star game this year is happening in Los Angeles.

Currently, LeBron James holds the most NBA record of 21 consecutive NBA All-Star as starter, Most Top vote getter with 10th in NBA All-Star, Most Career Points in an All-Star game and 3x All-Star MVP.
