76ers drop their 3rd game of the season against the Spurs

NBA - The Philadelphia 76ers had dropped their third straight game of the early season after losing to the San Antonio Spurs 114 - 105. The 76ers are now 0 - 3 win/loss record of the 2022 - 2023 NBA Regular Season and currently tied to the Orlando Magic with the worst record in the league.

The 76ers host the visiting San Antonio Spurs at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to the game the 76ers had lost their last 2 game against the top teams in the East the current Eastern Conference Champion Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks, while the San Antonio Spurs won their last game against the Indiana Pacers.


In the game, the early quarter was in complete control of the host team ending the quarter, up by 6 points 25 - 19.

In the 2nd quarter, the visiting team San Antonio Spurs outscored the 76ers by 9 points 35 - 26 to turn around the momentum at the half. / The Spurs take the lead up by 3 points 54 - 51.

In the 3rd quarter, the spurs continue their dominance over the 76ers outscoring the host team by 5 points 31 - 26 and stretching their lead to 8 points 85 - 77 at the end of the 3rd.
