NBA – The hottest team in the league continues to sizzle after beating the visiting Sacramento Kings at Quickens Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. The Cavaliers win tied their franchise record of 13 – game winning streak in 2009 and 2010 NBA Season.
LeBron James tied his longest winning streak with the Cavaliers, although his longest winning streak is with the Miami Heat with 27 – game winning streak during his term with the Heat along with his then and now team mates Dwyane Wade.
During the game both teams start slow but the visiting team shows more fashion and aggression after outscoring the home team in the 1st and 2nd quarter to end the half time leading by 9 points 57 – 48 Kings.
In the 3rd quarter the Kings extended their lead up to double digit but the Cavs slowly find their way to chop the Kings lead and manage to close the gap before the quarter's end, although the Kings manage to hold on to their lead by just 5 points 78 -73 despite LeBron James explosive 3rd quarter.
In the 4th quarter, the Cavaliers continues their rally to get back in the game while LeBron James is resting on the bench, sharp shooting Kyle Korver take over hitting 3 straight 3’s in the early minutes of the final quarter to regain the Cavs lead since the 1st quarter.
Since then the last 5 minutes of the final quarter has been tight as no time lead by more than 2 points not until LeBron James made a back to back clutch basket to regain the lead with 1:15 in the final quarter and the game winning 3’s with 15.8 to up their lead by points in a come from behind win to keep their winning streak alive this season.
LeBron James came short of 1 assist shy to grab another triple double with game high 32 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assist to improve Cavs standings with 18 wins and 7 losses and currently sitting at 2nd place behind the Boston Celtics in the East Standings.
