Cavaliers Drop their Third Straight Games against the Knicks

NBA – The defending Eastern Conference Champion Cleveland Cavaliers is currently struggling in the early season of the 2017 – 2018 NBA Season. The Cavaliers drop their third straight game against the Knicks, it was their 4th loss in their last 5 games.

The latest loss stun the teams home crowd in their own home court at Quickens Loans Arena against the struggling New York Knicks with 1 – 3 record before the game.

Many would think that the home team will easily passed the visiting team, but it seems it’s the other way around.

The Knicks dominated the Cavaliers from start to finish even though that the home team had their own mini run to close the gap but it wasn’t enough to stop the Knicks from winning the game.

Tim Hardaway Jr. and Kristaps Porzingis lead the Knicks in scoring with 34 pts and 32 pts. Respectively, while Kevin Love of the Cleveland Cavaliers leads in scoring with 22 pts. It was the second straight game that Love leads in scoring.

It is amazing that the Cavs have been defeated by the teams where they are definitely favored of winning, but instead they were dominated and blown out in the game, unlikely to the teams that are 50-50 chance of winning like the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks where they competed to the end and wins the game.

Cavs suffered their first loss of the season to the Orlando Magic in a blown out fashion 114 - 93, the second loss is to Brooklyn Nets 112 – 107, the third loss is into the hands of the New Orleans Pelicans 123 – 101 and now to the New York Knicks 114 – 95.

Even though it was too early to say that the defending Eastern Conference Champion is no way close of being the best team in the East in their current situation, it is still early to judge the team till halfway of the season? Just like LeBron James said in an interview were just fine?

Cavs recent loss drop their record in East Standing with 3 wins and 4 loss in the seven games played will they finally find the solution and rebound from the struggle? are the Cavaliers latest struggles meant anything? What do you think?
