Bong Bong Marcos Facing Plunder On Alleged PDAF Scam

Vice Presidential candidate Sen. Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. Charged with plunder in the Office of the Ombudsman of a youth group because of its involvement in the priority development assistance fund ( PDAF ) scam.

The complaint regards of anti - corruption group to return the billions of Citizens ( iBBM ) Movement of alleged pork barrel allocations or PDAF of Marcos worth P205 million, allegedly poured into the fabricated non - government organizations ( NGOs ) and promoters of the so-called queen of the pork barrel scam mastermind Janet Lim Napoles.



The ( iBBM ) group urged senator Marcos, violated Republic Act 7080 or " An Act Defining and Penalizing the Crime of Plunder ".

IBBM also accused Marcos, Napoles and Senate consultant Catherine Mae Santos, that they made conspiracy on the alleged plunder of public funds.

The iBBM group also emphasized that there is a gross abuse of autho­rity, gross misconduct and gross neglect of duty on the part of Senator Marcos and other respondents.

Allegedly Marcos, was Specifically intended his PDAF in some bogus foundations such as the Social Development Program for Farmers Foundation, Inc., Countrywide Agri and Rural Economic Development Foundation, Inc., People's Organization for Progress and Development Foundation, Inc., Kaupdanan Para sa Mangunguma Foundation, Inc., Health Education Assistance Resettlement Training Services and National Livelihood Development Corp.

Because of suspected fake deals on NGO’s. it is clear that the real fund did not reach the beneficiaries concerning of P205 million fund.
